        DR BOOTHE : Cornea represent the outer part of the eye that provides 70% of the eye's refractive power. The cornea is approximately 600 microns thick (.6 millimeter) and consists of 5 layers:
* epithelium
* Bowman's membrane
* stroma
* Descemet's membrane
* endothelium.

        LASIK DR BOOTHE : Decentration represent a complication that is caused by movement of the pupil that can be corrected with an enhancement procedure.
